2017 CSS大会，途隆云携手腾讯云共建DDoS防护联盟

2017年8月15-16日，第三届中国互联网安全领袖峰会（Cyber Security Summit 2017，简称CSS 2017）在北京国家会议中心开幕，作为全球规模较大的互联网产业安全交流盛会，CSS 2017 以“安全新秩序，连接新机遇”为大会主题，携手500多家顶尖企业以及众多全球顶尖安全专家，多维度探讨当前网络空间威胁态势以及安全体系的搭建，分享时下前沿安全技术与研究成果，共议新秩序下的互联网安全之道。

8月16日上午的2017 CSS大数据与云安全会议现场，途隆云CEO张晓兵与腾讯云副总裁黎巍、网络董事长王宇杰、厦门帝恩思总经理许渊培以及睿伟（中国区）总经理赵军一起按下激光手印，共同启动DDoS防护联盟成立仪式，宣布在DDoS防御、大数据及态势感知、协同防护、黑产打击方面展开协作，共建安全网络空间。

此次DDoS防护联盟的成立，体现了产业界精诚合作共同抗击网络攻击的决心。途隆云将在T级网络威胁、网络空间净化与协同联动等方面，与腾讯云进行深度合作，为腾讯云数十万家用户提供安全、可靠的云防护能力。

近五年，网络安全威胁不断更新和演进，在新的网络攻击态势下，超大规模流量攻击日渐凸显。据《2016年中国互联网安全报告》显示的数据，全球网络共遭到DDoS攻击达2700万次，被攻击网站数量多达77万个，直接经济损失达178.5亿；而在刚刚过半的2017年，全球用户接连遭遇名为“WannaCry” 的勒索病毒、“EternalBlue”（永恒之蓝）、“暗云Ⅲ”等病毒引发的大规模网络攻击事件。
